About Pro-Act (Fashion Textiles)

Pro-Act Training and Development Centre (Fashion Textiles) trains quality manpower for the fashion and textile industry to keep its personnel abreast of technological advancements and perform value-added manufacturing operations. To this end, the Centre offers a broad range of training programmes, from analysis and design of woven and knitted fabric to merchandising, fabric inspection, testing, colour measurement and more.

In meeting the sector’s increasing demand for automation and technological input, Pro-Act Training and Development Centre (Fashion Textiles)has set up a quality assurance laboratory and the Dyeing and Finishing Laboratory, and both are equipped with advanced software design and production machinery that assist students to master cutting-edge techniques.
