The course covers : Introduction to thermoplastics and moulding machine; Appreciation to moulding processes and plastic material application; Economic aspects of mould and die design; Design principles; Introduction to the design of split mould, unscrewing mould, hot-runner mould and cassette mould; Part list and bill of material; Production planning and costing; Special moulding technology |
