Pro-Act Training and Development Centre (Jewellery)

Jewellery design of Hong Kong is well known for superior craftsmanship. Pro-Act (Jewellery) provides in-service employees with professional training and development solutions to continually enhance the design and craftsmanship standards of the industry.

The Centre’s part-time programmes cover jewellery retailing, CAD design, wax modelling and precious stone setting. Simulating real-life industrial conditions, the centre runs well-equipped workshops for jewellery making, casting and stone-setting. A gemology laboratory was also set up to enable students get the right balance of theoretical and practical training.

The Centre also engages in collaborative projects, corporate training and consultancy work with the industry to improve professional standards of practitioners.
