| Course Description | This course is recognised by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department of the HKSAR Government as satisfying the special training requirement for the registration as Grade R (electrical work on air-conditioning installation) Electrical Worker.
The course covers: Ventilation system; Water system of central air-conditioning; Electric motor starters; Package air-conditioning system maintenance; Evacuation and refrigerant charging of refrigeration system; Different types of electrical control circuits for air-conditioning and refrigeration; Refrigeration compressor; Pressure safety control switches; Chilled water pipe work; Starting-up and commissioning of air-conditioning and refrigeration plants. |
