The Apprenticeship Training Scheme provides young people with a clear pathway for advancement, allowing them to receive vocational training through an "Earn and Learn" model that helps them develop into industry professionals. VTC has launched the Earn and Learn Scheme since the 2014/15 academic year, offering guaranteed salaries and additional allowances to attract more young individuals to join the apprenticeship training programme. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the programme, the Office of the Director of Apprenticeship at VTC will organise “The 10th Anniversary of VTC Earn and Learn Scheme cum Outstanding Apprentice Award Presentation Ceremony.” In addition to the award ceremony, the event will feature a career expo, on-site interviews, industry seminars, and experiential activities. These will provide students, teachers, and parents with an in-depth understanding of the apprenticeship training programme and VTC Earn and Learn Scheme. Attendees will also gain insights into career prospects across various fields and receive relevant training information to help students plan their future career paths.
