Entrance Requirements	Applicant should meet the following requirements and recommended by the employer is preferred: 1. Registered of a registration scheme for vehicle mechanics (Including the class of specific services S2 to S7); 2. Currently working in the automotive industry; and/or 3. Interested in understanding electric vehicle maintenance.
Course Description	People credited with this course are able to identify the safety rules for using electric vehicles, recognize the dangers associated with electric vehicles and the need for safety management, identify the appropriate signs displayed on or around electric vehicles, and assess the risk involved with working on electric vehicle systems.

Notes	1. The course start date will be confirmed based on the progress of enrolment. 2. The course is applicable for registered vehicle mechanics seeking to gain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours. 3. The training course has been provisionally approved by the Vehicle Maintenance Technical Advisory Committee (VMTAC) as the accredited course for registration as Registered Vehicle Mechanic of Electric Vehicle (Elementary). 4. The course fee is HK$210 (On or Before 31st Aug 2024).
